Dream CXCIV

I had parked my car near a play park, close to a fence, when I noticed that there was odd activity around my car, small shapes keeping just out of sight, seemingly making a concerted effort to keep my car from moving.

I'd already turned off the engine, so I was puzzled.  What's trying to block my car?

I kept staring, and every now and then, puppet heads resembling Skeksis (from the Dark Crystal) were bobbing and moving over the front right part of my car.  I was about to confront them when I saw the water rising around my car.  It was near flood levels, and was almost half-way up the door...

I knew then that the puppet heads were supposed to keep me from being washed away.  I sat back down in my seat and waited.
