Dream XXIX

I was visiting a well-known health spa, which turned out to be a series of connected caverns in a hollowed-out mountain.  The ceilings, walls and floors of these caves were all made from soft clay, wet from some source inside the mountain.  There were even puddles here and there.  Moving about was fairly difficult under these conditions—feet tended to slide—but I was slow and cautious and didn’t have any trouble.

I passed one area, which was for a treatment that involved wrapping a person in a thick kind of tissue that had been impregnated with bees.  There were several bees still flying around this area, but I went quietly around, being certain to keep rock formations between me and the bees, and they didn't bother me.

Finally, I reached an exit to the surface.  Here, there were several cement pools arranged in tiers across the mountaintop.  Several different kinds of birds were swimming and lazing in the water.
