Dream CCXXXI

I was trying to rest after a long day, but some woman pounded on my patio door.  I wasn't sure what was up, so I opened it a crack, and she said she needed an email address.  She mentioned a name which meant nothing to me, and I was about to suggest she do a web search, when she opened the door further.

I was afraid my cat would escape into the outside, and since he's a black cat, he would be hard to find.  I scooped him up in my arms and  held him.  But three other cats came into my apartment.  Two of them were light grey with leopard like spots, the other was a very hairy and large cat, possibly a Maine Coon.

I was trying to lead them around so that they would go back outside; the woman who needed the email address was very apologetic and tried to herd the cats back outside, but they roamed through the apartment.  I kept looking for ways to get them back out, while simultaneously trying not to step on all the cat toys, discarded electronics, and cat treats that were all over the carpet.

I managed to get them into the patio and closed the door; the woman then opened the outside door and tried to get them back into the outside.  I was very pleased that my cat had not tried to escape me or the apartment.
