I was walking up a stairway in a large house when there was an enormous THUMP on the wall beside me.  I hurried up the stairs and went toward the room that it seemed to come from.

It turned out to be actor Timothy Dalton who was recreating Errol Flynn's greatest film scenes--only the scenes were not amazing stunts, but slamming into walls.  He appeared to be bruised but was otherwise cheerful and enthusiastic.
